Legacy 7 United/March 18, 2026

From the NFL FLAG Championships in Indiana to the iFlag World Championships and a 30-stop national series, 2026 is packed with competitive opportunities at every level.

Whether you are a youth player chasing a national title, a parent planning the season schedule, or a coach identifying the biggest stages your team can compete on — 2026 is the most stacked year in flag football tournament history. Here is your complete guide to the major events.

NFL FLAG Championships

Dates: July 23–26, 2026
Location: Westfield, Indiana (Grand Park Sports Campus)

The flagship youth tournament. Over 350 teams compete across multiple age divisions. This event is broadcast on ESPN, ABC, and Disney+, giving young athletes a national television stage. If your team earns a bid through local NFL FLAG league play, this is the pinnacle of the youth circuit.

iFlag Tampa World Championships

The iFlag World Championships registered over 905 teams in just 12 days of registration — a staggering number that reflects the sport's surge. CBS Sports will provide coverage. Divisions span from Youth through Adult PRO, making this one of the most inclusive high-stakes events on the calendar. Tampa is a hub for flag football infrastructure, and this event is building toward world-class status.

The iFlag Circuit runs regional events across the country throughout the year:

Flag Football Life — Women's National Series

Flag Football Life operates the largest female flag football tournament series in the country, with approximately 30 stops nationwide in 2026. This series is driving the growth of women's competitive flag football at the grassroots and club level simultaneously.

Zorts Sports — Youth World Championships

Zorts Sports hosts the 4th Annual Youth Flag Football World Championships at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World. Competing on the same grounds as professional athletes in one of the most iconic sports venues in the world — it does not get bigger for youth players.

Plan Your Season

With this many high-quality events on the schedule, the key for teams is strategic tournament selection. Early spring events like the Rocky Top Bowl and Memorial Bowl serve as strong preparation for the summer showcase events. Teams in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic have exceptional regional options before earning their way to national competition.

Legacy 7 United will be tracking these events closely and working to identify the right competitive opportunities for our athletes as the 2026 season develops.
